International Shipping FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere that the US Postal Service ships; nearly every country in the world. Our shopping cart currently supports shipping to the United States and Canada. For shipping quotes to other countries please email us. If an order is placed to an address not supported by our shopping cart, you will receive an email requesting an additional shipping fee.
What shipping service do you use for international shipments?
We use USPS First Class International as our least expensive option. Priority International is available as an upgrade option and Express International is available upon request. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses ship USPS Domestic Priority mail.
Are tracking numbers available?
Tracking numbers are available on packages shipped by Priority or Express International. No tracking number is provided with First Class International.
Are there customs fees on international orders?
Customs and Duties are dependant on the country of destination. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs or duties fees.
How long do international shipments take?
International shipments sent through First Class International generally take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Priority shipments take 6 to 10 days and Express shipments may take 2 to 6 days, depending on location.
