Domestic (US) Shipping FAQ
What shipping service do you use?
All of our domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail is a 2 to 3 day service. Domestic shipping is considered to be all U.S. states and Territories as well as APO/FPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping price is based on your total order amount and is independent of location. Our shipping prices are as follows:

How long does my order take to ship?
We try and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of order placement. Order processing time may be long depending on order size and time of year.
The spring and autumn are the busiest time of year and there may be some additional delay, so please plan accordingly.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Yes, ship to APO/FPO addresses as well as PO Boxes. There is no charge on shipping to APO/FPO addresses. *
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere that the US Postal Service ships, nearly every country in the world.
What shipping service do you use for international shipments?
We use USPS First Class International as our least expensive option. We can also ship Priority or Express international upon request. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses ship USPS Domestic Priority mail.
Are there customs fees on international orders?
Customs and Duties are dependant on the country of destination. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs or duties fees.
How long do international shipments take?
International shipments sent through First Class International generally take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. Priority and Express shipments may take 2 to 6 days, depending on location.
